Who we work with

Three ways to partner

Funders and foundations

Fund a cohort, a new program, or the research and development behind one.

  • A program shaped around your priorities and geography
  • Clear outcome targets agreed up front
  • Regular reporting, and stories you can share

Employers

Shape what learners practise around the roles you actually hire for.

  • Input on curriculum and real project briefs
  • Mentoring and guest sessions from your team
  • Early access to graduates for hiring

Governments and development agencies

Deliver national digital-skills and employment goals with a partner who knows the context.

  • Programs designed for local labour markets
  • Delivery in conflict-affected and low-income settings
  • Data to report against your own indicators

How we design programs

Start with the work, then build the program

Every program is co-designed. We bring ten years of delivery; you bring the problem you want solved.

  1. 1

    Find the gap

We look at which roles are changing, who is locked out of them, and why.

  2. 2

    Co-design

Curriculum, selection criteria and success measures, agreed together before launch.

  3. 3

    Deliver

Online cohorts with live sessions, mentors, real projects and career support.

  4. 4

    Measure and report

We track outcomes after graduation and share what worked and what didn’t.

Source Code Accelerator: preparing Iraq’s developers for AI-era work

AI is reshaping the entry-level developer roles that young people in Iraq rely on. Together with GIZ ProDIGI we designed a program that teaches how AI tools work, how they fail, and the judgement and human skills that make developers indispensable.
