Re:Coded is a non-profit that prepares underserved young people for work in the age of AI. Founded in 2016 by Alexandra Clare and Marcello Bonatto, it began by training young people in conflict-affected communities across the Middle East to become software developers, reaching an 87% job placement rate. Today its online programs build AI fluency, judgement and the human skills no tool replaces, for learners in more than 145 countries.
